By accessing or using EasyCryptoPay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by EasyCryptoPay and provides cryptocurrency payment gateway services including but not limited to deposit processing, invoice generation, and payment tracking.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
EasyCryptoPay provides cryptocurrency payment processing services. This includes generating deposit addresses, monitoring blockchain transactions, confirming payments, creating invoices, and providing APIs for integration. We do not provide custody services — funds are processed through connected exchange accounts configured by the user.
Free plan transactions are processed at a flat fee of 0.1% per transaction. Pro plan transactions are processed at 0% fee. Fees are deducted from the credited amount. Network fees (gas/miner fees) are paid by the sender and are not controlled by EasyCryptoPay. Fee structures may change with prior notice.
You agree not to use the Service for any prohibited activities as outlined in our Prohibited Activities policy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Sending funds to an incorrect address, using the wrong network, or failing to include required memo/tags may result in permanent loss of funds. EasyCryptoPay is not responsible for losses resulting from user error, blockchain network issues, or market volatility. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of using cryptocurrency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCryptoPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
