EasyCryptoPay strictly prohibits the use of our payment gateway for any of the activities listed below. Violations will result in immediate account termination, fund freezing pending investigation, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Narcotics, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
Weapons, explosives, or ammunition
Stolen goods, counterfeit products, or pirated content
Human trafficking or exploitation
Illegal wildlife trade or protected species products

Financial Crimes

Money laundering or terrorist financing
Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent investment programs
Unauthorized securities or unregistered financial products
Tax evasion facilitation
Sanctions evasion or transactions with sanctioned entities

Fraud & Deception

Scam operations, phishing, or social engineering attacks
Identity theft or unauthorized use of personal data
Fake charities or deceptive fundraising
Misrepresentation of goods, services, or business identity
Pump-and-dump schemes or market manipulation

Harmful Content & Services

Child exploitation material (CSAM) of any kind
Non-consensual intimate content
Harassment, doxxing, or stalking services
Ransomware payments or extortion facilitation
Services that promote violence, hatred, or discrimination

Gambling & High-Risk Activities

Unlicensed gambling operations
Online casinos without proper regulatory licenses
Binary options or prediction markets in restricted jurisdictions
Lottery services without appropriate authorization

Regulatory Violations

Activities requiring licenses you do not hold (e.g., money transmission, banking)
Processing payments for businesses in embargoed countries
Circumventing age verification or access restrictions
Violation of export control laws

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any prohibited activity being conducted through EasyCryptoPay, please report it immediately to [email protected]. All reports are investigated and treated confidentially.

Enforcement

EasyCryptoPay reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation, suspend or terminate accounts, freeze associated funds, cooperate with law enforcement, and pursue legal action. We may update this list at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Service complies with these restrictions and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
